Harrel cannot buy any of their coins back within 24 hours of a burn law ally_burn. And none of these 4 burns count toward any ranking or the season prize law G25. Code leaves society flows out of every score, so friends cannot lift each other up the table.

At 13:44 Harrel filed to join Velloria, the nation of all 3 of its allies block 13:44. Citizenship takes effect 7 days after filing, on day 26 block 13:44. Until then, Harrel stays in the Commons.
